UN Security Council Resolution 2375

UN Security Council Resolution 2375, adopted unanimously in the wake of what North Korea described as a test of a two-stage thermonuclear weapon, condemned the test and imposed several new sanctions measures. These include a ban on North Korean textile exports; restrictions on energy exports to North Korea; a prohibition on issuing new work authorizations to North Korean nationals; and sanctions designations against several major North Korean government institutions.
