North Korea Nonproliferation and Accountability Act of 2013

Senate bill introduced shortly after North Korea's February 2013 nuclear test, providing a Sense of Congress on issues related to nonproliferation, sanctions, and human rights issues, and requiring the State Department to lead a review of the U.S. government's North Korea policy. The bill was approved by the Senate, but the House did not take action on it.
