Writer and scholar Orville Schell, Arthur Ross Director of the Center on US-China Relations at the Asia Society, and Yun Sun, Senior Fellow and Co-Director of the East Asia Program and Director of the China Program at the Stimson Center, examine developments in China’s foreign policy toward the Korean Peninsula. In conversation with Society Senior Director and Columbia Adjunct Professor Stephen Noerper, the two examine China’s commitment on denuclearization, orientation toward Pyongyang and Seoul, and views on unification. The event will be moderated by Stephen Noerper, professor of political science at Columbia University and Korea Society senior director for policy.
